What's the Warranty Policy?
Purchase placed on petiteserene.com is fully protected for two years from the original purchase date.
To use your warranty, email us at contact@petiteserene.com with a description of the issue and a picture of the product. Upon evaluation, we’ll send a free replacement or charge partial replacement fee, or issue partial reimbursement based on the purchase time and product availability.
- Within 45 days: Unconditionally replacement.
- Within 2 years: Conditionally replacement with 15-20% of the product price.

What is the Shipping Cost?
- For order value equal or above $99 USD, we provide free shipping service across the US and International market (New!) .
- For orders below $99 USD, we charge a $7.95 USD shipping fee at check out.
How long it takes to delivery?
The shipping time is approximately 5 to 10 business days after placing an order.
- You will first receive an email with the subject '✔ Your Order is Confirmed' once the order has been processed.
- Then you will receive an email in the next 2-3 days with the subject '📦 Your Order is On The Way!' once the order has been shipped out with a tracking number.
The tracking status might be slightly delayed due to the logistic company’s system, but it should be available in the next 1-2 days.
What's the Return & Refund Policy?
Free Return or replacement only applicable if you receive defective products.
- If you receive defective products, please send us an email inquiry within 7 days after you receive your products with pictures and video attached. We will then provide you with the correct instruction by email.
- As soon as the item has been returned in the original packaging, we will credit the amount to you or send you replacements.
- Please note the refund could take 7-15 days to process, depending on your payment method and bank. Costs incurred for the return will not be reimbursed.
If the return reasons are not due to product quality, there will be a processing fee, 20% of your order amount(excluding shipping cost), and costs incurred for the return including the original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
What materials do you use?
Our products are either all 925 sterling sliver, or 18k gold plated on 925 sterling sliver base.
A layer of anti-tarnish is also added on top. With the proper care, your jewelry can last a long time.
Why we use 18k Gold Plated?
Gold plated pieces are still incredibly durable - Plated with exactly the same process as gold vermeil pieces, just with a slightly thinner layer of gold added to sterling silver (NOT brass!) Also, gold plating allows us to keep pieces affordable.
How do I take care for my jewelry?
- Sterling Silver Care: We encourage you to wear your silver everyday! Silver that is used regularly needs less care. In rare cases, silver can tarnish when it is exposed to salt, air, and products containing sulfur.
- Gold/Rose Gold/Rhodium Plated: These types of jewelry can tarnish when in contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Please avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths as they can affect the finishing.
- Piercing Style Earrings: These earrings have a surgical steel ( with/without) 18ct gold plated over, and ball backing making it perfect for those with mild skin sensitivity. Please note that the pendant is 18ct gold/rose gold/rhodium plated over brass and can cause slight irritation for those with moderate or very sensitive skin.
